- To open pitcher, press firmly on the back of the "easy press" cover and the cover will open and stay in place as you pour. To close, place your hand on the top of the cover and press down on the front.
- The pitcher is spill proof but not liquid-tight, so must be used or transported in its upright position.
- To seal Citrus Keeper, simply press the seal onto the bowl towards the tab with your thumbs, pressing down firmly all around until tightly sealed. To remove the seal, hold the bowl steady with one hand, then slip the finger of your other hand under the tab of the seal, and simply peel off the seal.
